Characteristics of Successful Teams


The acronym TEAM means “Together, Everyone, Achieves More” A lot of teams however, do not achieve these goals. In fact some teams can increase frustration, lower productivity and cause dissatisfaction among the employees.
Do you think there is a need for people to work in Groups or Teams at all? Do you think jobs are better done in teams or individually? What do you think of the size  of a team in a work certain?  Why that a lot of people are more particular about the gender when it comes to teeming with teams?
