Regular Evaluation of the team's Performance
The team members should always sit back and ask themselves what they have achieved and not and also how they could do it better. Evaluating the team’s performance is truly the great way to success.
Team Training and Meeting Location
Team training and meetings should be provided frequently to ensure members skills, qualities and growth is improved to meet their business or the organisational goals and objectives. A team meeting should not be a committee but rather creative process. The location should be good and that which will foster thinking as well as very comfortable room.
Highly believe interactions and distractions do affect the quality of any meeting therefore, one should consider the environment and the location for a team meeting.
Ability to collaborate Rather Than Compete
Effective
team members are more concern in achieving team goals instead of getting
individual recognition. An effective
member monitor team progress, contribute ideas and feedback, and they also
celebrate both individual and team accomplishment.
Acceptance of Ethical Responsibilities
The
team has ethical responsibilities as well as to their organization and the
society as a whole. The team has the responsibility to represent their
organization’s view and respect its information. The team should not discuss
any sensitive issues to any outsider without permission from the organization
also any action that will endanger members of the society should be avoided.
